SILENTnoise exhibition explores the core idea of freedom and what it actually implies in relation to the discrimination of women in a post-feminist society by featuring works of artists that through shape, form, color and texture try to make the viewer stop ignoring the discrimination and abuse that is happening all around the world, and to provoke any sort of reaction towards it, instead of the passive approach that is now taking place concerning the issue. The exhibition is curated by Maria Mohonea with artworks from Maria Mohonea, Sao Mangrai, Peter Harris and Daumants Brunins.

The Silent Noise private view exhibition is taking place in the Gallery Black Gates, next to Hoxton station in the heart of East London’s gallery district.

The private view opening is on Tuesday the 6th of December from 6pm to 9pm.
